1. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All tools, scripts, plugins, rigs, tutorials, documentation, installers, and digital assets (collectively, the “Products”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Animseeds, owned and operated by Suman Mula.

The purchase of any license grants the user a right to use the Products only.
No ownership, title, or intellectual property rights—including source code, design, or underlying technology—are transferred to the user. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Animseeds.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Animseeds Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not install or use the Products.

3. Pricing Currency

• INR pricing applies to customers located within India

• USD pricing applies to international customers

• Currency determination is based on the purchaser’s billing location

4. License Types & Pricing

4.1 Personal License

License Fee:
₹4,000 INR | $60 USD

License Grant

A non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to use all available Animseeds tools for Autodesk Maya.

Activation & Usage Restrictions

• Strictly limited to one individual user

• Group usage, sharing, sublicensing, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited

• Commercial studio-wide or multi-user usage is not permitted

Updates & Maintenance

• Free lifetime updates, bug fixes, and newly released tools

• Valid only for the purchased Maya version

Intended Users

Individual animators, students, and freelancers.

4.2 Studio / Commercial License

License Fee:
₹150,000 INR | $2,000 USD

License Grant

A non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use Animseeds tools within a studio or commercial production environment.

Activation & Usage Restrictions

• Use permitted only within the purchasing organization

• Sharing, distributing, or sublicensing outside the licensed studio is prohibited

• Resale or transfer to any third party is strictly prohibited without written permission from Animseeds

Updates & Maintenance

• Free lifetime updates, bug fixes, and newly released tools

• Valid only for the purchased Maya version

Intended Users

Studios, production teams, and commercial pipelines.

4.3 Trial License

• Provided strictly for educational evaluation and testing

• Unlimited Maya activations for testing purposes only

• Commercial, production, or revenue-generating use is strictly prohibited

5. Supported Software Versions

Animseeds Products currently support:

Autodesk Maya 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026, and later versions as released

Licenses are version-specific.
New Maya versions may require a paid upgrade as outlined above.

6. License Nature

• One-time purchase only

• No subscriptions or recurring fees

• Lifetime license for the purchased Maya version

• Licenses are non-transferable once activated

7. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute any Animseeds Product

• Allow multiple users under a single-user license

• Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Products

• Remove or alter copyright, licensing, or ownership notices

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination without refund.

8. Bulk & Custom Licensing

Bulk licenses, and custom licensing solutions are available.​

9. Attribution (Optional)

When publicly showcasing work created using Animseeds tools, attribution is appreciated but not required:

10. Delivery

Animseeds operates as a manual online delivery service.

• Product delivery via email within 24 working hours

• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 3 working days

If delivery is not received within this timeframe, please contact support.

11. Refund Policy

• All sales are final

• No refunds after purchase

• Users are strongly encouraged to test the Trial License before buying

• Technical support is always available

Support requests must be submitted using the same email address used for purchase.

12. Liability Disclaimer

All Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”

Animseeds makes no guarantee that the Products will function without interruption or error across all systems, rigs, pipelines, or workflows.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animseeds and the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Products.

13. Termination

This Agreement becomes effective upon product delivery or access.

The license will terminate automatically if any term is violated. Upon termination, you must immediately:

• Cease all use of the Products

• Delete all copies from all devices and storage systems

15. Governing Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between the user and Animseeds regarding the Products and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.
